Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your sole remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or $100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

Compliance with U.S. Laws

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver

The failure to exercise a right under these Terms will not affect a party’s ability to exercise that right at any time in the future.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If the revisions are material, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us in our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our Services after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
